What Is Breathwork and How Does It Work?

The style of breathwork I teach is a form of Transformational Pranayama. It is an active meditation with a tri-active breath pattern done solely through the mouth.    Breathwork is an active breathing meditation that uses a conscious, connected, repetitive breath pattern to flush the body with oxygen. This breathing pattern allows you to drop into an altered state and clear stuck energy in the body. Participants commonly express experiencing a release (both emotional and physical) and heightened clarity and focus after a session.

Breathwork can open meridians and channels, align your body and energy, and create a enlightening and healing experience. The beauty of Breathwork is that it is natural, your breath is always with you. Through practice, your breath can become the source of answers to questions, insights to challenges, freedom from feeling stuck, downloads to what's next for you, your life and your work in the world. 

With the breath as the guide, I facilitate healing experiences that are simple, grounded and empower you to uncover the healing power within. Breathwork experiences are co-created by you and the breath to meet you where you’re at and take you exactly where you need to go.
